Bearing the Weight, Balancing Our Needs

One of the first practice is to slightly hold our hands together in front of our bodies, take off our feet, and lean towards our partners. Therefore, the main point to balance your whole weight is dependent on our partner, and as the balance is lost, both will fall. During this exercise, we will learn how to "push and pull" literally, and listen to the needs of our partner, for example, if they are tired (hence, you need to pull more). It is quite tricky to start, but you will learn the balance afterwards if you pay close attention to the forces on your hands.
