Following the Movements of the Elbow

By keeping their our eyes on how the elbow moves around and changes in direction, we will learn to increase our attention and understand the flow of movements. Through this, some students notice the angles of movements the partner prefers and learn to move around flexibly to maintain the sight, like lying down the floor and zig-zagging like a snake.
